Very good! in my opinion
This is a small child size and it must be a dress. It looks like a long sweatshirt to me. Definitely nice and very warm. I love Revain kidswear and have had great luck with the Spotted Zebra line. The actual color of it is periwinkle and so beautiful. If the size is right.
