I love how fast you get everything set up within an account! Nothing about its speed actually really bugs me (well maybe waiting time between purchases). It's always so easy with shells.Com no matter your problem/question there will ALWAYS someone ready help out instantly!! Just have patience when setting things right in terms of payment methods etc because this has been our number 1 concern while using shell as customer service has done nothing but make my experience wonderful through each step along way. They are amazing people & truly do care if ever something goes wrong - which hasn't happened since starting 2 years ago haha! I love how easy the shell is to navigate. If you're unsure of what to do, the help section will explain exactly what to do. The support team also has a few tutorials that are helpful, too. There isn't anything bad about shells.com! I'm using it as part of my professional career and I enjoy the ease of navigating through the different sections.
