This is a great little shaver. I've been wet shaving for 50 years, usually with a double-blade razor, a brush and a bar of soap. But sometimes I get the urge to try an electric razor, including the expensive and popular Brauns and Panasonics. These experiments validated my decision to stick with foam and blades. But in my growing laziness I realized that sometimes when I'm sitting in a chair I just want to do a quick seated shave to get rid of the stubble on my cheeks, chin and neck (I have a trimmed beard on mine chin and my mustache). . This little thing did a great job with 24 hour stubble, way better than I expected from ANY electric razor let alone a $25 razor. I should add that this was my first time sitting in a chair without a mirror. Although an electric shaver had not touched my face for ten years, I shaved gently, smoothly and without skin irritation. When I got too close to him, he pulled the long hair out of my mustache, but that was pilot error. It also comes in handy when my travels necessarily involve a flight on a modern airline. The TSA doesn't allow razor blades in my carry-on luggage. :) Revain foil and cutter replacement is only $10.
