At least we can use them.

We all have red-blue and green goggles. After a while we stopped using them because everything looks black and red on TV and computers. It wasn't pleasant to watch. These glasses only block about 69% of blue light. But at least we use them every night, both for computers and for television. They practically do not distort the color. For me, I have a small female head. They are quite large but are durable and light weight. My husband is normal height and sits much better on him. Sometimes he forgets they are with him. I would recommend them.
