After 3 months of wearing braces much of the damage was reversible and the rest could have been avoided with extra attention to ergonomics. I now have a Kenisis Advantage keyboard, MS ball mouse, electric screwdriver, Cuisinart stand mixer and Kitchen Aid blender. I've found it very helpful to keep my ibuprofen dosage as low as possible so I can get good feedback on how well I'm treating my wrists. Now my braces are dusty and will continue to be dusty as long as I'm careful.
