I read the reviews on this product and still chose the size 12-18 months for my 12 month old. I was expecting it to be quite large based on the reviews but it fits my 12 month old boy perfectly. Maybe he's taller than the other kids? Not sure but glad I went this size. I don't think it will suit him at all at 18 months. But at $12.99 it's a bargain.
