This bag is really adorable and I was so excited when it arrived and even when I received it. It looks like it might be of good quality judging by the way the bag itself is made but the leather (especially the strap) arrived worn on arrival which I just tried to ignore but as I started adjusting the strap, the seams began to unravel. Then I tried to carry it, always hoping because it was exactly the bag I thought I was looking for, but when I then folded the backpack to the side, everything slipped because there is only 1 strap that I Can use as a backpack which I'm sorry was a terrible idea. The straps are really complicated and so annoying. I'm a single mom with a 3 year old and a small dog so we're always on the go and I thought this would be perfect for storing my essentials but it's too frustrating. Real waste of time :(
