I don't think most people would justify paying that much for a tire pressure gauge. But if you have expensive misaligned wheels/tires and can't spin like I did, having the correct tire pressure is imperative. In addition, I believe that the product will pay for itself in the long term "several years" through fuel savings and premature tire wear due to incorrect tire pressure. This device is accurate and reproducible. Yes, children, there is a difference between them. I checked the tire pressure again after using a regular $5 Sleaze from a local auto parts store and found that the pressure difference between the Sleaze and the Moroso was up to 2 pounds. If you are looking to increase/maintain gas mileage I highly recommend this item as it is rated for half a pound of pressure.
