Bought for my wife when the Teavana she loved broke and unfortunately is no longer made. The biggest feature we needed was one button operation so it could be easily operated with one hand. Most glasses I found required the lid to be opened, which is too cumbersome for them to commute, so this was one of the few that fit the bill. Overall, it is well made, looks great and keeps the tea hot for a long time. The only downside is that this shape makes it impractical to drink without spilling. You get used to it, but the lip could be better designed to make drinking easier. The Teavana glass was much better in this regard. But overall this glass does pretty much everything we need, so overall we're happy with it and would buy again if a better design didn't come up.
