I knew this item was overpriced when I bought it but I expected the price to match the high quality of the product. The item I received was well packaged with no visible damage to the packaging. However, the item itself had a nick on the front which was very noticeable due to the lack of paint where the wood was damaged. I was disappointed with this but decided to do my best by shading the damaged area myself to match the rest of the product. In operation, the product is fine for my use. I feel comfortable typing and it fits the size of the keyboard (GGMK, from the same manufacturer). Unfortunately, after just a few weeks of daily use, the factory coating begins to wear away on the leading edge of the product where the watch strap makes contact. While I realize this isn't a shocking development, I'm good enough at woodworking to know that a better finish will at least retard wear by a lot more than this time. I believe that for a rather exorbitant price (considering the materials) the manufacturer could easily have afforded a better finish while retaining a significant profit margin.
