I rarely write product reviews but I hope this puts someone off buying this product. At first I wasn't sure if this was my problem but after reading a few reviews I am now convinced that this is indeed the product. I'm a Film/YouTuber student and I store almost everything I need for projects on external hard drives and SD cards. Not only does this product not work when I try to connect my hard drives, but it also randomly disconnects them when I'm in the middle of projects. I was in the middle of a documentary project when my hard drive went offline and the premiere closed due to a problem, so I lost half my work. The only reason I even had half was autosave. This product is rubbish and I wasted $25. See what I can do with the refund. PLEASE, whatever you do, don't buy this product, it's making my life hell. Treat yourself to a more expensive Lenovo - save your sanity.
