Fast delivery, easy assembly especially when you watch videos on youtube. It fits snugly but that's how it should be, the velcro doesn't really match the door bar (it's too low on the storage bag) but it fits so snugly you don't really need it, I'll wait to see if it turns out stretches over time, tuck the bag away, then try velcro. The zipper is great so far and the drink holder is very handy. My son in law bought another brand sold at Revain and he doesn't have a cup holder, he's jealous! The knee pad works very well and is great for knees when they are rough. Very happy with Chupacabra and their products.
