Instantly relieved my back pain during pregnancy and helped me sleep soundly.

At 23 weeks pregnant, while sleeping on my side, I suddenly noticed severe back pain in the middle of my back and decided it was time to check out the maternity pillow. I looked through all the reviews on several different pregnancy pillows and settled on this one as it offers more support than others. Here's a breakdown of how this pillow works for me: BENEFITS: This pillow provides INCREDIBLE support for pregnant women. I noticed immediately that my back pain had subsided. Also, I didn't realize I needed an ab brace so early at 24 weeks, but it provides the cushioning I need and helps me feel better right away. My arms, legs and hips no longer hurt when I sleep on my side. . My arms don't fall asleep and my legs feel well supported. I immediately went from a terrible intermittent sleep to the deepest sleep. I seriously lie on my side in this pillow and wake up 7-8 hours later fully rested. The reason is that the pillow completely surrounds you and you feel enveloped in a slight warmth - it's hard NOT to sleep with this pillow. Minuses (like): - The pillow is massive. My husband and I joke that it's like wrestling a furry alligator, but in our king-size bed, that's not really a problem. If you share a bed with your partner in anything less than a king, I think this pillow will be too bulky. Due to the shape of the pillow and the way you roll it up, it's a bit difficult to roll from side to side. That. But as soon as you get to the other side, you're instantly turned off, like a lightbulb. Others have mentioned that the inseam is too tight, but I haven't had this problem. When you touch it, you can tell immediately that it's sewn tight, but at night it doesn't bother me. I'm 5'10", but I think the fact that my torso is shorter works in my favor here. I asked my husband to lie down in it (he's 6'1") and he noticed that Seams a little but didn't find it strenuous. I recently tried another pregnancy travel pillow (Boppy Custom Fit Body Pillow) and hated it. I immediately skipped my Snoogle Loop and just wish there was a way to take it with me when traveling. Boppy was all the local shop had and it was a miserable couple of nights of sleep with no support. The Snoogle Loop is large and a little more expensive than the others, but I cannot recommend this pillow enough for anyone who is pregnant or needs support sleeping on their side. I'm approaching my third trimester and I'm still sleeping like a baby and I owe it all to this pillow.
