The ability to create custom ad units that are easy for our clients' customers (and their own internal teams) to manage within one interface across all of our platforms - including web/mobile apps. I wish we could use it in more places! For example, some agencies will only allow you access if your client has an account there first before adding yours as well; this makes sense but doesn't make much business or marketing sense from my perspective since many people won’t have accounts at those sites yet anyway. We've been able to expand into new verticals without having to build separate systems by leveraging streamrails capabilities such as AdWords retargeting integration through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
