Scrunchies Fail to Make Waves
As a result of my tests, I determined that these scrunchies are a complete letdown. The blue color is dull and faded, and the fabric feels cheap and flimsy. The only positive is that they hold hair in place without slipping... Unfortunately, the poor quality makes wearing them not worth it..
