Proteant ec has helped us greatly in improving product compliance
The proteanTecs platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The platform is very flexible and customizable. There is a lot of room for improvement. I would like to see a few more reports and more advanced options. We have been working with proteanTecs for a few months and they have been very responsive to our needs and suggestions. We have been able to use the platform to improve our quality control process. The benefits are that we have been able to identify issues with our products and have been able to fix them.

- Some features were not as robust or complete at first (eating into budget)
- Not all data points collected was used effectively
