We ordered this blanket because of the positive reviews here on Best Buy. So far, we like it. As others have noted, at least so far, we have had no issues with the weight shifting within the blanket/liner. And our son seems to like it.Immediately after opening the package, we removed the weighted liner from the cover and washed the cover on the gentle cycle. We then dried it in the clothes dryer, again using the gentle cycle. The cover looked fine after the treatment, but on the inside, each of the six ties used to secure the outer cover to the inner weighted liner had begun to fray from just one washing. I didn't think that this issue was large enough to warrant removing a star from the rating, but time will tell if these ties further deteriorate.
