Review on AK431 Women's Skeleton Automatic Watch - Stainless Steel Face with Leather Dress Band - Akribos XXIV by Andrea Ellis

Firstly I would like to warn anyone considering buying this watch that it is more yellow and MUCH darker than the pictures online. Luckily I like the dark yellow color of the strap so I'm not too upset. It arrived very quickly but was broken! There was a strange screw, not even part of the watch, that must have fallen and gotten stuck in the mechanism preventing it. It took me a long time to finally reach Akribos customer service. They told me I would have to pay to send it back to them to have it fixed. Luckily I was able to disassemble it myself to remove the screw and now it works perfectly. Despite this, I gave this watch four stars because it is so beautiful. I love this watch and wear it all the time but be aware that Akribos has very poor customer service.
