My son is 11-11.5 and I ordered 13. They now fit perfectly straight in length and don't have much room to grow, although quite sloppy in width - but I was expecting it to weigh down the boot. Also, the red is definitely more raspberry red (with a hint of pink) than cherry red. My 4 year old son noticed it immediately. I don't know how well they will wear (about the same as the pair we bought at Wal-Mart I think). They are cute and I think I might order another pair in a different color when he outgrows them.
