Extra care needs to be taken when installing the toner cartridge as it will hold even the smallest amount of precipitation and will streak when it doesn't. If there is hair loss, you need to clean the rollers and all the little corners along the inside edges, which is inconvenient but makes for a clean print. A couple of times when I knocked out the toner, all I needed was a tissue and some cotton swabs, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, my Brother printer doesn't recognize the drum, so I still get the "Replace Drum" message. But it works great with the printer and is fully compatible with both branded toner and Sam's Club toner! Just be as careful as possible when removing and installing new toner cartridges and you shouldn't have any problems.
