To be honest I first bought it in February 2018 and have had it on my phone ever since. I always have my phone with me and I don't usually carry my purse with me so this is perfect. I don't drop it often, but I accidentally dropped or bumped it and my phone was miraculously scratch and ring free. The Edge broke only recently but it's April 2020 and I think it usually takes 2 years to upgrade phones. I'm not updating my phone yet, but I just replaced my old one with another one because it has reliably served its purpose. I couldn't ask for more from a phone/wallet holder.
