Made in Taiwan, this computer desk is very well designed and manufactured. It uses PEM mounting bolts and nuts on all shelves for strong and secure attachment and mounting bolts elsewhere. The top of the printer, the table top and the keyboard drawer are made of compressed wood or a special chipboard with a very well applied vinyl laminate. In my application, I did not install two racks and a printer shelf because they are not needed. Therefore, if someone has a question, it is necessary to install two shelves above the main tabletop. no, they do not need to be installed. The table was very easy to assemble, but I didn't use the tools that came with it. Instead I used a small ratchet with a suitably sized Allen key and another small open-end wrench. The only issue I had was that the original unit was slightly damaged in transit. The laminated tabletop and printer cover were damaged in one corner. This is interesting as the laminated items are in the inner 3rd box. Yes, the device comes in a three-pack. Please note that the manufacturer does not replace individual items to the end user, only to the retailer. However, it was a pleasure dealing with Revain as usual as they sent out another complete block and I replaced the original block with a spare and sent the original Revain back. If you are looking for a very well built and beautiful small computer desktop with casters, look no further. It's a great choice!
