I programmed the remote via YouTube with no problems, but the remote itself does not have a good range. I have to be close enough to my car for it to work. I also replaced my old key with a new one, but the caliber was larger so the base of the key had to be ground down a bit to get it in place. The car turns off when I take my hand off the key, so something is wrong. I can live with it and get the blank from the dealer, but I'm afraid it won't stop there anyway and the whole thing will be wasted money. For now I will only use the remote control and a separate key.
