Before making my purchase, I was considering a few trolley briefcases for everyday use at work. I looked at a few airline style carry ons as well as a few more expensive ones that looked very stylish. The main problem with carry-on luggage was the lack of pockets to organize and easily reach small items, as well as the large unstructured space inside to pack extra items or clothing. Luckily this item was one of the bags I was considering and it dropped in price at just the right time so I ordered it. I had first class shipping so everything arrived quickly and well packaged. I'm happy with the size, number of storage compartments and ease of use. I was afraid it would be too big, but it's small considering what it can do. Even my 24oz thermos fits in the side water pocket! The wheels are smooth, good construction, thoughtful design. In fact, the only improvement I can think of is to make the padded laptop sleeve removable so you can take it out and pack some large or awkward stuff (I think my lunch bag or a change of clothes for a night trip). more versatile. But since I can hang my lunch bag on the telescopic handle and still be able to pull everything with one hand or fold my clothes tightly, that's no problem. It could be prettier or a different color but I have no doubt that it will suit me perfectly. It was the wisest choice and I would pass it on to friends and family.
