Review on ๐ŸŽฎ Renewed Razer Huntsman Tournament Edition TKL Tenkeyless Gaming Keyboard: Linear Optical Switches, Customizable Chroma RGB Lighting, Programmable Macros - Matte Black by Dianne Williams

It's average, wish it came in better condition

Not a bad keyboard, the switches are smooth for a standard board. The board is very light but doesn't feel cheap by any means. The only complaint I have is the tapping of each key, nothing crazy but it does make the experience a bit cheaper. The larger keys are easy to grease enough to reduce clatter on big hits, I recommend this. It's a Razer keyboard, so decent enough, but a bit overpriced, and it has its own quirks, which is the software you need to install to get all the functionality beyond the basics on this board and the aforementioned rattling. The RGB is packaged really well and even if you're interested, the keycaps are some of the best I've seen on a motherboard. All in all nothing too amazing or too terrible. Unfortunately, there's no palm rest, but that's it. My keyboard had some defects, a dent on the bevel, a small scratch on the platter, and the left alt and space keys also had some damage. Nothing major to guarantee a refund, just something to consider when buying used from Revain. A bit disappointing considering it's only $30-$40 cheaper than a used one. I have attached a picture of the damage that is most visible. If you can do without function keys and a navigation bar, you can use the Huntsman Mini.

Pros
  • Quality, aluminum construction: covered with an aluminum top plate for strength and support
Cons
  • Not as thick as other models
