Small and mighty: Travel backpacks

This bag is awesome! They also usually fit me better than heavier bags. I love her. Folding cases are not designed to protect your laptop or recover from a 30 foot fall or anything. They're designed for ultra-lightweight, ultra-compact storage that you can always carry with you when you need it, or take it on a plane when nothing else fits. You won't like any of these bags if you expect them to be a completely different type of backpack than they're supposed to be. Like I said, I have a few of these and this is the best of the bunch. if you don't need a big bag. I use it as a dog park and dog carrier. I carry two liters of water with me, one in each side mesh pocket; Torches, signal lights and batteries; poop bag; muzzle basket; a short Chuck-It and three Max Glow balls; a large package of goodies for training; cup for puppies; disinfectants; napkins; etc. (I also use the top front pocket as a poop bag dispenser.) I still have plenty of room to fit lunch and a sweater for myself or my large dog. So it's a small bag, but it has more than enough stuff for many, many activities. I usually take a large Kelty backpack to dog walks and parks and this bag is just a million times better. It's more comfortable, it's a lot lighter and it feels even lighter than it is because it's very comfortable, it doesn't cover my back as much (would be much better in the summer), it's smaller so I don't get overloaded etc .I'm glad he's gone. I really want Franklin to make it clear how big the bag is so it's easier for people to choose the right bag and not be disappointed. down as needed to accommodate your chest or neck. I am very glad that this bag has a chest strap. It's far more comfortable than most of my unpackable bags and keeps the straps from riding down my raincoat's shoulders. My other bags don't have chest straps at all (the chest strap whistle doesn't work, by the way). This bag does not have these properties either. It's just a really well thought out, well constructed bag. I like the design of this bag, but it has a couple of downsides: I could hang things on it. I hang a few things in my bag no matter what I'm doing. I do, and the middle of the front of the bag is the best place to keep them from dragging on the floor and tipping over between your back and the bag. I wish they added a blinking loop. Otherwise great bag! I'm so glad I got it!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
