They are beautiful and cozy but exceptional. Top band is true to size but can be VERY stretchy. When my daughters bend over, it goes down and you can see their underwear. My daughter's bottom is a normal size; If your daughter has a big butt, keep that in mind. Then the legs below become very thin. It was so thin we had to cut off the bottom strip. The trousers fit well afterwards. At $11 a pair I don't think it's that bad.
