My 7 year old just loves them! He's worn them all winter and now he wants to wear them when it's not cold anymore, they're so easy to put on and so comfortable (he has a wide foot - easy to put on and take off). He walked them through the snow/muddy puddles/lake to ankle deep water, keeping his feet dry the whole time. With such intense use, it still looks like new. We've had several winter boots in the Northeast and upper Midwest and these are the best in my opinion. Highly recommended for anyone living in a relatively cold climate.
