Buyers beware: If you know you're basically buying a prototype film so far, you have film experience and can afford to possibly end up with nothing but wasted exposure, go for it it. But if you're expecting this stuff to work just like the original movie packs, you're going to be seriously disappointed. It pains me to say this, but this film is purely functional. Be careful not to expose the film to light during ejection. All exposures have wonky edges, if any, from unevenly distributed chemicals, and while you can end up with some really good shots, this material is so finicky that it only 'works' in the best sense of the word. I'm glad he's around, actually because it was really fun shooting with my SX-70 again, but whatever magic was lost when Polaroid merged their instant division is apparently impossible to reverse engineer. (Fuji seems to have handled this himself with instant film, but these "Polaroid" films are no better than they were when they were still in the Impossible Project.) Ignore tricky films if you've got money to burn, if You're comfortable with uncertainty, push the button and have fun! Otherwise spend your money on film for your Instax.
