It really was the best money spent this year. My now two year old loves it and uses it daily. He used to be on my feet and wanted me to hold him in my arms while I cooked, but that's changed now. He eats snacks in it, watches me cook, we play playdough on the counter, whatever. He knows exactly where to get water etc. Believe me, it's good value for money and was easy to assemble and maintain. I love that it has "support legs" that run vertically to keep it from tipping over and the size is more compact than other brands. Doesn't take up much space in my kitchen. Can't praise enough!
