This is a great idea, like any napkin warmer. If you've used a tissue warmer before, you know that the tissue is usually cold before it even touches your baby's bottom. The best part is that you can change the temperature so I set it very high and it stays warm while mopping because it's so hot. So that's great! But the battery only lasts 4 hours. I always carry it with me and don't leave it plugged in, so I usually use it once when it's warm, but the next time I need it, it needs to be charged. It is also difficult to take out tissues when the tissue pack is full. So not perfect but it was nice bringing home our premature baby who wasn't fat and hated the cold which meant screaming while changing diapers lol. So the pros and cons are pretty much the same in my opinion.
