Dull or bright but does the job.
This night light is quite bright when fully on. I think it's good that there is a daylight sensor that switches off the night light during the day. The lamp is not replaceable as I noted in one of the questions so I'm curious to see how long it will last. But the kit comes with 2 headlights, I'm not using the second one yet and will replace the first one if necessary. I bought it because it was dimmable, but there is almost no intermediate value between dimming and setting bright. Dimmer is very sensitive. This light is all or nothing. But for now it serves its purpose.
