I love this mountain!

I love this phone mount! My previous mount was a wireless charger, but my new car has an infotainment unit that I need to connect my phone to. I wanted something with the easiest plug and play possible because I hate fiddling with things every time I get in and out of my car. I really did a lot of research and decided that this is the best game (it's so hard to know what it's going to be like until you have it). I've been using it for over 4 months now. Here's what I like about it - 1) A small base that secures the block to the car. So many mounts have huge bases that need a flat, smooth spot, and car dashboards have very limited placement options. I hate my mount on top of the dash because it partially obscures the view. This allowed me to place it in the perfect spot without being distracted to get in the way of the vents or other controls. 2) Easy to connect - the expanding (holding) part of the up-down movement of the top of the bracket. I basically push it up with the top of the phone and then lower it onto the connection. To release, I use my fingers to "pinch" it to remove it from the connector, and then press on the phone to release it from the cradle. Both movements are very smooth and take less time than any other mount I've had. I can just pick up my phone and go! 3) No need to connect to it to hold your phone. I have very short drives (less than 5 minutes) so most of the time I don't have to just plug in for that drive, but I like having it on hand to open my garage door etc. I can mount it in the holder with phone behind a USB-C connection and it stays there well 4) I find it very durable and stable, I've never had a problem moving it during use and never worried that it doesn't hold the phone properly. 5) Love how thin it is when there isn't a phone in it - it doesn't ruin the look of the dashboard. If your car has a plug and play infotainment system, this is the best mount you can get in my opinion.
