I have been using paybill for over 2 years now as my business bank account manager has recommended it but never used another payment gateway before so i had no idea how good this was or not! It's pretty easy once you get into paying bills in bulk which is what we do everyday at work!! We use our own credit card processing system (which isn't very user friendly) that allows us run reports etc., however they also don’t support all of their products like most others does therefore having some issues where customers can only see one option per transaction instead if being able add multiple options such as cash/debit -credit via other methods e.g visa / masterCard ect.. There are ways around these problems by editing templates manually though its time consuming when there could be an easier way round them? However after reading through documentation online about customising fields within billing statements and creating additional columns from scratch. You would think things were simple enough just copy paste code then edit template accordingly. The best thing abut pay billa really is ease of access to information regarding current charges against customer accounts without going back weeks searching old invoices trying figure out who owes me money. ! I like that I can see my customer's transaction history, so it helps me keep track of who has paid and when. It is easy for customers to pay using their credit card or PayPal account. I dislike that sometimes I have to wait a few days before I get paid. Sometimes I don't receive payment within the time frame I had expected. I'm solving problems in our business by allowing our customers to make online purchases without having to go through a third party.
