Ordered two of these and received them the next day. I was very excited because due to some personal problems in the house, the medicines and the like have to be locked up. When I put batteries in the back of the digital tablet, the small plastic thing breaks and makes it impossible to use the batteries, and therefore I cannot use the digital tablet at all. The second pad didn't work even with batteries inserted. I was confused that it broke the moment I touched it. On the inside of the door is very cheap thin plastic. At this point, it's essentially a paperweight or junk. I chose to keep them and use the key function because I hold them up out of reach. If you really need to keep something safe, dry or fireproof then this is an absolutely terrible purchase. I can't believe how much I paid for them. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER!
