Review on 🌊 Nars Eyeliner Atlantic: Bold, Long-Lasting 0.7 Fluid Ounce Formula by Tessa Dolan

Looks like a rather cool blue colour. I was looking for Make Up Forever Eyeliner but most companies didn't ship it to New Zealand where I am so got this one as a compromise. It arrived earlier than the stated date which is impressive. The eyeliner is very easy to use, the color is close to my black MAC eyeliner so I won't use it next time to get the full effect. Other reviews I've seen said the eyeliner stains the eyelid - it does the next day so a really good eye makeup remover is recommended. Overall beautiful and easy to use, you need to apply it carefully and have a good makeup remover.
