The chat feature, which allows for immediate communication with your customers via Messenger or phone call. We are able to view all of our conversations right from within across's dashboard as well instead have 2 separate applications (chatbot & slack). It would be nice if there was some way we could create rules/filters similar how Zapier works but specific towards Within rather than just being an application-wide filter like Zaps provide. None at this time! I believe it really benefits us by having both channels available through one dash board.
