Let me start by saying that ZeroTouch's customer service department is amazing! I only bought this to access my Revain Alexa account in the car. I have an Echo and an Echo Dot at home and use them all the time, so the Alexa integration was a major selling point for me. I really missed being able to just say "Alexa, add XYZ to my shopping list" or a similar command in the car because it always happens just thinking about things like what do you need to buy at the store. Grocery store, etc. There are many other hands-free functions that ZeroTouch also works for, e.g. B. using voice commands to send text messages, make calls or navigate home, but Alexa's capabilities set it apart from all others on the market. I bought a ventilation device and noticed early on that my cell phone tends to tip over while driving and then fall over. So not good! My case wasn't particularly thick, but the problem for me is that I charge my phone wirelessly. As such, ZeroTouch recommends attaching metal adapters to the bottom of the phone so they don't interfere with the charging coils and cause overheating. However, this placement caused my phone to be too heavy and then tip and slide until it fell off the air vent mount. I emailed: ZeroTouchHelp@logitech.com and was surprised to get a response in just over an hour. We delved into messages, looked at the problem and looked for solutions. Eventually they sent me some extra adapter plates and I was able to add extra pill shaped adapters on the bottom that lined up vertically side to side on my phone. This resulted in enough magnetic force to hold the phone in place without getting in the way of the charging coils. Now I can use Alexa in the car to my heart's content, hands free. I can check the news, put it on my shopping list, get the detailed weather report, send text messages, make calls. ZeroTouch even reads my incoming texts and emails. I am a big fan of this product and their customer service staff!
