Good quality cord. Someone cut and stole the power cord from the side compartment of my van. I fixed it by attaching a 12" pin end pigtail to the remaining cord in the tray. It was just the right length to connect to the generator. Then I bought several of these power cords. Connection to the power plant in the tent camp. When the RV is parked, I drive home with another one. It turns out to be a good extension for high performance applications. I then add a Camco 55223 adapter to plug into a wall outlet. When the RV is not in use I can remove the cords and stow them inside. A short cord inside the compartment allows you to use a generator. I also added a lock to the compartment to avoid the temptation.
