I think this is a medicine. I actually had to use a hat stretcher that fits me, but I hate anything that feels even remotely tight. My head is 22.5 inches around. If the tiny pressure didn't bother me so much, they would be perfect because they fit snugly and don't come loose. With minimal stretch they are perfect for me. They have a ponytail at the back with an adjustable elastic strap for those with small heads. They also have a chin strap. And if you want to look the way you want, you can flip the sides and zip up! It's really a great deal to get 2 in this bundle. They are light and perfect. I had a light pink and watermelon package. Very happy with the purchase.
