The sound is far from crystal clear, but still great. With this

The instructions are a bit difficult to understand and it took me a few tries to figure it out. The sound is far from crystal clear, but still great. I used it to sew a zip pocket onto a stuffed animal and record a song I wrote for my daughter. It was her 5th birthday present and when she heard the song and hugged her stuffed animal for the first time, she cried! It was gifted to her 3 months ago with fresh batteries and it's still working! We leave the recorder on all the time. iPhone users: use voice notes to record. Connect the voice recorder to the adapter, press the recessed button on the voice recorder, and then press the voice memo recording play button. When your recording has finished playing (you won't be able to hear the recording when you transfer it to the recorder), press the recessed button again and you're done! Please note that the headphone volume on your phone affects the playback volume of your recording on the device. Be ready to play with it until you get the result you want.
