The most useful thing for me about this software was that it allowed us, as an organization with multiple locations around Europe (and other countries), could manage our compliance obligations in one place across all of them easily! It also gave great insights into what we were missing from previous systems or toolsets - so I'd say they are both very good at their jobs but you have got be prepared initially because there's quite some functionality which needs set up before use/maintenance becomes easy again once things settle down after initial setup phase has passed :) We used EU DPA regulations regarding data protection when developing new products & services within European markets only where required by law etc..
