Menthol works better than ANY other ingredient for itch relief and this brand uses more menthol than any other brand I have tried. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is that the relief doesn't last as long as I would like. However, I have bought 3 more tubes and use the product on my back every day. The tube itself is of good quality, easy to dose, and the solution in the tube is well prepared, oil-free, non-staining, and clean.
