UPDATE Well it's been two months since I posted this rave review - and now I'm demoting it from a 5 to a 2. The pump is broken and doesn't work at all. So it's completely useless. And I don't seem to have an option to return or replace this item, so I'll stick with it. I can see if I can find another boot that fits her, but that might be difficult - she appears to be custom sized. I am not satisfied. I only give it 2 starts instead of 1 because the base is really great. Too bad the damn thing doesn't work. This thing is ESSENTIAL! This isn't a complaint at all - it's a really solid product. It's a lot bigger than I expected and heavier - it's clearly hard marble and there's a lot of it. Don't drop it on the tile floor! I chose this one because I ordered another one from a different seller which ended up looking cheap and was clearly fake marble - looked like crushed stone and colored dust pressed into a mold or something. I sent this one back and got this one instead. This is clearly a real hard marble, and it's very beautiful! Since this is a natural marble, everyone will be different. Mine is a beautiful champagne color with lines of natural veins all around, slightly different than the picture but even nicer in my opinion. The marble is well polished and shiny, and the stainless steel pump is durable. I'm pleasantly surprised!
