Poor battery life/charging capabilities
Bought for my boyfriend as a birthday present. He loved it. It was very precise and great for shaping his beard! After the battery was empty for the first time, it could no longer be recharged. Unfortunately I bought it a month before his birthday and gave it to him for Halloween. I can't return it anymore because the return window is closed and unfortunately I don't want to buy it anymore after he liked this gift.
