I have read many reviews on this product and reluctantly agreed to many of the downsizing suggestions. boy it was a mistake let me paint a picture I'm 1.80 m tall and I usually wear an XL shirt. Sometimes I choose XLT when the manufacturer is a bit tight. I bought the Large Tall on recommendation and this thing reached up to my crotch it was so long! I'm comfortable as you would expect from a size small. The feel of the material was also exactly what I expected. I'll try XL (regular) and see how it goes. Now I will say that the size of the sacrifice depends on the personal expectations of others who tried on the shirts, and not on the manufacturer. just right for a taller man. It's a bit roomy, but I don't swim in it or squeeze in like the big one. Overall a good fit and option for us big boys.
