I'm 5'6", 150' tall and do CrossFit and half marathons. I wanted my two-week long runs in Texas to be bearable, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Fully tightened, the strap slid two feet from my hips in a fist run. I ended up putting it on my chest to fit under one arm, which was surprisingly good, but considering it's 110 now, I was desperate. The water bottles leaked a little but not much. This strap might fit someone with a big butt, but I just didn't have one. I'll probably bite the bullet and grab Nathan's hydration vest.
