The pocket sizes are great with lots of variety, I like the double zip arrangement so you don't have to open each pocket in a row to get just one, the zips seem solid , and in general it will work great. They are easy to grab when I need to go and I feel like my jewelry is safely tucked away in my closet with my clothes instead of outside on the counter. The best part is that I can see everything easily and wear jewelry more often now because it's not that hard to find what I want now. I ended up tidying up my collection as I noticed all the things I don't want to wear anymore given how I look at it all. Now for removing the star. The hanger came with half of one side broken. This wasn't a shipping issue as the box was intact and I don't understand how that could have happened. I taped and repackaged (glue alone won't hold something like this, but it did help hold the pieces together while I wrapped them with several layers of tape) and it will hold up fine because most of the weight is on the untorn one Piece. The glued part is completely hidden in the fabric part and I have no problem using it in this form, but it was impractical and shouldn't break. Definitely not worth spending the whole item on, so I didn't bother with returning it (if I can still use the item for its intended purpose I won't be wasteful), so I don't know about their customer service taken care of. I don't know if I should have hit more stars or not but the rest of the article is really good so I tried to balance it.
