I've always used Apple and I think I've been spoiled. Someone told me that since I do everything on Google, I really need to try Android. I was offered OnePlus and the N100 was definitely the right device for me. Since day one, the screen won't turn off when the phone is pressed against my face, causing phone calls to drop out because my cheek goes into airplane mode. The forums speak of a software bug, update the operating system. Update operating system. Format device. Complete all stages. Maybe I'm not holding it right up to my head. So here we are, two months after ordering (outside Revain's return window) with full manufacturer's warranty. OnePlus would like to fix email issues by sending emails every 3 or 4 days requesting the same information as my IMEI, order number to have a remote session on my pc to troubleshoot my phone remedy. OnePlus support says I need to return the phone. SEND PHONE FOR REPAIR, be without phone, on a phone that is 2 months old. Seriously OnePlus. It's brand new. Send me a replacement device. I put it in the trash where it belongs, learn my lesson and go back to my Apple.
