Review on 🏒 YAMAZAKI Home Tower Leaning Ladder: Practical Black Shelf Organizing Solution by Elizabeth Esquivel

Revainrating 1 out of 5

QA Low quality, drilled holes not 1/4 inch, assembly failed.

I wanted everything to be good but the quality control at the factory was terrible. The screw holes weren't machined, so I couldn't assemble the ladder. I've developed many products, some from scratch, some by mail order, and it wasn't something that could be salvaged with my workshop. The hole for the final screw connecting the top and bottom halves of the ladder was about 1/4 inch apart, more than I could compensate. So far I've been happy with the product, but this is the second Yamasaki product I've tried. The other is a small white table with three legs. It also had misaligned threads, making the legs look slightly askew, detracting from the intended aesthetic and quality. I think from now on I should give up Yamasaki, the QA is too low and I don't get what I paid for.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • No machine
